Today i configured the GPIO21 pin to maintain a high level for the Atmel in `/etc/rc.local'. I tested it and it works. Now you can see (red LED) if the li-ion cell goes below 3.5Volts. After that a charging session is needed.
I also tested to use blue thermal paper for the printer, but the printer doesnt accept it.
